Packaging and Delivery

At TeaSip, all item packaging adheres to strict SOPs to ensure the products arrive in perfect condition and without any damage.

  • After placing an order, you will receive the order details and a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Upon confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 2 to 5 working days of shipping.
  • Delivery charges vary based on the weight and quantity of items in your order.

Please Note:
Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, national holidays, emergencies, or out-of-stock products may cause delays in delivery. In such cases, we will inform customers promptly via SMS or WhatsApp.

If we do not receive confirmation from the customer within 2 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment Methods

TeaSip primarily offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services. However, if requested, customers can also make pre-payments through Online Bank Transfer.
