Return & Refund policy
If the item received by you is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please WhatsApp or call our helpline at +92 323 3382203 or email us at teasipkdt@gmail.com within 1 days of the delivery date. You will be required to share the following details with us:
- Order ID
- Complete Name
Conditions for Returns
- The product seal must be unopened, and the original brand packaging must be intact. Any boxes or stickers should not be removed.
- The original flyer/box of the item must be used for return purposes and properly packed to ensure safe delivery. If the item is damaged while being returned due to improper packaging, TeaSip or the courier service will not be held responsible.
- Once the product reaches us, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If any violations are found, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
- If the product is in good condition, we will re-dispatch the item within 3 working days.
- Upon rejection of the return request, the item will be shipped back to the customer. Failure to receive it will result in the item being sent to scrap. Shipping charges must be paid in advance by the customer.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- The product packaging is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
- An incorrect product was delivered (a different product from the one ordered).
- In the case of a slightly leaked product (due to improper packaging or courier mishandling), decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.
How to Return an Item
- Take a picture of the item(s) that is/are damaged or faulty and needs to be returned.
- Email the pictures along with details and reasons to teasipkdt@gmail.com to initiate a return request, or WhatsApp us at +92 323 3382203.
- If the request is valid:
- You may ship the item back to us and receive a refund in the form of a voucher code for the same amount, redeemable on our website.
- Alternatively, we can send a replacement parcel.
Shipping Charges Rules
- If the wrong/damaged/incorrect/incomplete/defective product was sent by TeaSip, the brand will bear the delivery charges for dispatching it.
- The customer will bear the delivery charges for sending the item back to us.
SOP for Customer Returns Packaging
For Incorrect Item Delivered:
- Do not open the product.
- Use the original packaging to re-pack the returned item to ensure its protection.
- Securely tape the packaging to prevent it from opening during transit.
Important: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their returns are properly packaged according to these guidelines. Any damage due to improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
Steps for Sending a Return
- Once the item is packed properly, send it via courier to our address.
- Share an image of the packed parcel with us on WhatsApp at +92 323 3382203 before dispatching it.
A replacement parcel will be dispatched once the returned item is received by TeaSip.
